As mothers, we often look for healthier alternatives to the prepacked branded snacks for our children, trying to infuse more fruits into their daily meals. Often, there will tend to be times that we will run out of ideas but here, we tried making creamy mango ice cream with Thermomix, a multifunctional kitchen equipment that is like an extra pair of hands at your cooking space!

To whip up a luscious creamy mango ice cream for dessert, here is what you will need.

Ingredients and Cooking Directions for Creamy Mango Ice Cream

400g of mango, cut into 2-3cm cubes & frozen individually on a tray

1. Bring out the Scales mode in Thermomix to weigh in the mangoes then put on the lid with a measuring cup.

2. Next, set Turbo / 2 secs / 2 times.

3. Lastly, set Blend / 30 secs / Speed 6. Serve immediately.
